Below we will describe what is included in cleaning in different rooms.
- Kitchen. The cleaner will thoroughly wipe off dust and wash lamps, facade furniture (legs, facades and surfaces), baseboards, window sills, blinds. We wash the refrigerator outside and on top, clean the tiles from grease. We thoroughly wash the hob, oven, trays and grates inside. We also wash doors, door frames, countertops, switches, appliances (outside), microwave (outside and inside), clean and disinfect the sink, wash the floor.
- Bathroom.The employee will clean and wash the light fixtures (if they are within reach of a 3-step ladder), wipe dust and wash all cabinets and shelves (inside and outside), wash mirrors until they shine. We clean the tiles on the wall and floor from plaque and dirt. We wash and disinfect the sink, faucets, shower stall, the entire toilet (including the bottom). We also clean toothbrush holders and soap dishes. We wash the frame and doors;
- Bedroom, living room, office, children’s room. The cleaner will wipe off dust and clean all surfaces (window sill, baseboards, decor), ceiling fan blades, lamps (if they are within reach of a 3-step ladder), remove cobwebs, thoroughly wipe cabinet furniture and household appliances, vacuum dust on carpet, upholstered furniture, on the floor, move furniture (if possible) and clean hard-to-reach places;
- Staircase, hallway.We remove cobwebs, wipe all surfaces, cabinets (from all sides, inside and out) outside), lamps, baseboards, mirrors. We vacuum and wash the floor and steps.
After cleaning, the cleaner takes out the trash and wipes out all the trash cans. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that you study in detail which services are included in the general cleaning complex, and which can be ordered additionally (if necessary). - the room is cluttered with furniture — a general cleaning of an apartment densely packed with furniture will take more time than cleaning a more spacious room. This affects the time and, accordingly, the cost of the work;
- deadlines — to save money, order the service in advance. If you need urgent cleaning, such a service may cost more.

How many cleaners will come to my place?
For general cleaning of apartments up to 100 sq ft, we assign one cleaner. If your apartment is larger, you can choose to have either one or two cleaners, depending on your preference.
How long does general cleaning take?
For studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments up to 70 sq ft with 1 bathroom, general cleaning usually takes between 3 and 3,5 hours. For larger apartments with multiple bathrooms, a deep cleaning session can take up to 5 hours. To reduce the cleaning time for a large apartment, we recommend selecting two cleaners instead of one from the start.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaner’s work?
Before starting, our cleaner will inform you about the full list of services included in deep cleaning and discuss any specific details or preferences regarding your home. If you notice anything missed during the cleaning, the cleaner will address it on-site (if it falls under the agreed-upon service list for "General Cleaning"). If you discover areas that need improvement within an hour after the cleaner leaves, simply document them with photos or videos and contact us.
