What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaner’s work?
Before starting, our cleaner will inform you about the full list of services included in regular cleaning and discuss any specific details or preferences regarding your home. If you notice anything missed during the cleaning, the cleaner will address it on-site (if it falls under the agreed-upon service list for "Regular Cleaning"). If you discover areas that need improvement within an hour after the cleaner leaves, simply document them with photos or videos and contact us.
